The increasing impact that new technologies have on our lifestyles, the means of information and knowledge transmission and the education sector in general is continuously transforming and updating the traditional educational setting and its methods. As a consequence to the rapid spread of emerging technologies and to the sharing and globalization of knowledge, new in-demand competences and skills are required for those operating in the educational field.
The Master in Educational Leadership, Management and Emerging Technologies responds to this important process of innovation of teaching/learning theory and practice, providing a comprehensive training for educators and administrators able to influence and manage organizational change at various levels in today’s education system.
In particular, the Master intends to:
- Promote the most innovative techno-educational methods and instructional models capable of maximizing creative thought and learning;
- Facilitate the understanding and use of the most common, interactive emerging technologies and multimedia as an integration to educational activities;
- Provide students with the capability to maximize the use of emerging technologies to improve educational leadership skills.
The program is provided fully online.

Upon student’s request it is possible to arrange for personalized face-to-face meetings, seminars and study group sessions with professors and academic advisors.
At the end of the Master students will be able to: Make use of the most common, interactive emerging technologies and multimedia as an integration to educational activities; Demonstrate a critical awareness of the complex forces impacting on leadership and management in organizations; Develop a sound understanding and appreciation of current issues in leadership and management; Exhibit an enhanced appreciation of forces and values impacting on policy development and implementation in education and training; Contribute to a raised standard of managerial performance within education and other human services.

The scholarship program is administered by CE.A.R.S and offers partial scholarships to a wide variety of students.
Recipients are: non-traditional students; seminarians, undergraduate and post-graduate students who are looking to become tomorrow’s leaders.
If you are unable to pay the full tuition fees there might be a chance that you can be granted a partial scholarship that will cover some of the tuition fees for your preferred study programme.
