Competitive advantage driven by supply chain strategy has been a common practice in the business environment in the past few years. Most of the strategies involve improving operational efficiency either through cost reductions or increase capital efficiency. Decision-making regarding operational issues is one of the most common tasks within organizations. This course will enhance students’ ability to perform the quantitative analysis necessary and understand the management issues in order to make good operational decisions within the supply chain.
