The Master’s program in Human Resources and Organization is addressed to those who aim at being employed in the personnel management department of public and private organizations; the course provides the instruments which are required for effectively managing human resources so as to meet current market requirements as well as to enhance the potential of such resources. This Master’s program provides the opportunity of acquiring in-depth knowledge of the most important elements that affect people’s behavior in organizations. The basic aim is to train new generations of highly competent and skilled professionals in the following areas, both in the public and private sectors: Individual and group motivation; Human resources evaluation and development; Remuneration policy; Incentive system; Participatory tools; Business cooperation and communication. The Master’s program utilizes various types of learning activities such as: case studies, exercises, simulations, projects, seminars and lectures.

General Requirements for International Students:
- students having a High School Diploma attained after a total period of 12 years of Education may apply to first cycle (bachelors) and long single cycle degree programs
- students having a Bachelor Diploma (at least 3 years of University education or 180 ECTS for EU citizens) may apply to second cycle (master) programs
- students having a Master Diploma (at least 2 years of University graduate education or 300 ECTS as a sum of first and second cycle studies for EU citizens) may apply to third cycle (PhD Programs)

The scholarship program is administered by CE.A.R.S and offers partial scholarships to a wide variety of students.
Recipients are: non-traditional students; seminarians, undergraduate and post-graduate students who are looking to become tomorrow’s leaders.
If you are unable to pay the full tuition fees there might be a chance that you can be granted a partial scholarship that will cover some of the tuition fees for your preferred study programme.
