Marconi University Refund Policy
The student can request full or partial refund of tuition fees in the following cases:
- Already enrolled student who paid more than he really owed (* in this case the amount will be deducted from his next installment)
- Student who has completed his / her program and has paid unforeseen amounts (* the student will be reimbursed)
Refund request:
- The student should send an email to [email protected] explaining the reason for requesting a refund, attaching the necessary documents.
- The administration, if it proceeds to compensation, informs the student.
Note: From March 6, 2012 according to law 214/2011, tuition refunds for amounts over 1,000.00 euros must be made through a bank or postal account with IBAN code.
