Training scoring
According to Ministerial Decision 216/2015 (Government Gazette 10) of the Ministry of Tourism, the attendance of training programs by 10% of the hotel staff is a scoring criterion in their categorization into stars.
At the same time, the training scores the holders, in announcements of trainers, executives and project teams of IN.E.DI.VI.M. (I.E.K., Second Chance Schools, KDVM of Municipalities) exclusively for issues of the specialty of Tourism.
The credited seminar in Security in the field of Hotels and Tourism is addressed to hotels, tourist accommodation and other tourism companies that wish to train their staff in matters of hotel and tourist security.
The seminar is conducted in Greek, entirely remotely (e-learning) and corresponds to 100 hours of conventional teaching and personal involvement.
All those interested can apply if they have at least a high school diploma.
For as many hotel units as they wish, we offer a multi-year contract with a scalable discount on tuition fees, which depending on the number of staff to be trained can reach up to 50%.
This ensures the certification of staff training for the entire period of validity of the star rating, a fixed price for the entire duration of the contract and the possibility of choosing the training period. At the same time, the material can be modified annually, so that the same topics are not repeated.
In general, there is a discount on group registrations (more than 5 people), unemployed, (unemployment card holders) and students.
At the end of the program will be given:
- Certificate of training (possibility of authentication) from CE.A.R.S
- europass accompanying form
Target Audience
The training is addressed to permanent, seasonal and apprentice hotel employees as well as to those who in the future will apply for a job in a hotel business and wish to present a competitive qualification.

goals
The duration of the program is 100 hours and is taught entirely by the method of asynchronous distance learning. The 100 hours include the times of study of the educational material, reflection on the subject, but also study, research and writing of the works.
The purpose of the program is to train trainees in the key points of security in the hotel sector and tourism in general.
